Procedures for Rainouts

These procedures are for games only.  Coaches make their own decisions on practices.

Once the game begins, it will be up to the coaches to determine if the games should be canceled.  If the game is to be rescheduled they must call the field manager as indicated below in the Rescheduling section.

3 pm to Game Time on  Day of Game

1.  Field Manager will determine if fields are playable.

2.  If not playable, Field Manager will update the website under the Procedure for rainouts section.   

Rescheduling

1.  The Home Team Head Coaches contact the respective Field Manager to secure 2-3 rainout makeup available dates.

2.  The Home Team Coach contacts the Opposing Head Coach and they agree on one date.  

3.  The Home Team Coach contacts the Field Manager to reserve the field and the Field Manager contacts the umpires to reserve an umpire for that date.
